This is a unique opportunity to shape the role as it grows. We're looking for someone proactive, organised, and eager to make a difference in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
️ **Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinating staff **rotas** across 43 pharmacy locations
* Managing **holiday approvals** and planning appropriate cover
* **Preparing and issuing contracts** for new hires
* Supporting the **onboarding** process for new starters
* Planning and coordinating **staff inductions**
* Monitoring **sickness absences** and **probation periods**
* Handling general **administrative tasks** related to HR and operations
✅ **What Were Looking For:**

* Someone **based in or near Stirling** , able to work **on site**
* Comfortable using **Excel, Word** , and general computer systems
* Organised, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
* A genuine interest in HR and team coordination
* Enthusiastic and willing to adapt as the role develops
