Job Opportunity: Customer Support Marshal - High-Power EV Charging Network (Seasonal Weekends only)

Location: Beaconsfield, UK
Employment Dates: 12th July 2025 - 31st August 2025 ( Weekends )
Hours: 6 hours per day between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible, with option for additional hours) - WEEKENDS ONLY
Pay Rates:

  • Saturday: £15.00/hour
  • Sunday: £18.00/hour
  • Bank Holiday (Monday 25th August): £22.00/hour


About the Role
Manpower is recruiting on behalf of a leading high-power electric vehicle (EV) charging network operating across Europe. As summer approaches, we are looking to enhance our client's customer experience by providing dedicated site hosting support at their busiest location in Beaconsfield.
Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers arriving at the EV charging site
  • Provide advice on best charging practices (e.g., recommending rapid charging up to 80% to preserve battery health)
  • Manage queues effectively during busy periods to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
  • Use a provided help sheet (PDF) to support customer queries and escalate issues to the UK Country Manager as needed


Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Able to work independently and manage busy site environments calmly and efficiently
  • Available to work weekends and Bank Holiday Monday 25th August
