About the Role

• Full-time position starting September 2025 (early starts available for standout applicants)
• Work Monday to Friday during term time only (32.5 hours per week)
Earn up to £560 per week, depending on experience and qualifications
• Support pupils in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing classroom assistance and targeted interventions
• Deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
• Work alongside class teachers, SENCOs and support staff in a collaborative team environment
• Contribute to academic and pastoral development in a dynamic, inclusive primary school

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Minimum 2:1 degree (Education, Psychology, English, Maths or related fields preferred)
• Passion for education and supporting young people
• Professional, reliable and eager to learn
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience working with children in schools, youth work, tutoring, or mentoring
• Understanding of SEN, EAL or behaviour management strategies
• Familiarity with the primary curriculum
