We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Skegness TEC the role of Programme Leader Automotive. Are you an experienced automotive professional with a passion for education?
We are looking for a committed and inspiring Programme Leader to deliver across our level 1 and 2 Automotive provision at Skegness TEC. You will work closely alongside the existing team delivering engaging theory and practical lessons to students on Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair courses. As a programme leader you will play a key role in shaping learners’ futures by providing them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with curriculum requirements.
Support students through practical workshops and classroom-based learning.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent).
Recent industry experience in the motor vehicle sector.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A passion for teaching and mentoring young people.
