Crynodeb
General maintenance/handyman person required to work approx. 20/21 hours a week.
We are prepared to be flexible on the working days and hours for the right person, this could mean 3 x 7 hour days, 4 x 5 hour days or even 5 x 4 hour days.
Must hold a full UK driving licence as you will be required to drive a company car.
Duties include:
General repairs and maintenance of 3 holiday cottages and surrounding car park and grounds including cleaning windows and BBQs.
Upkeep of land including fencing.
Mowing/hedge trimming/strimming and weeding.
Sorting refuse for council collection.
Maintaining and cleaning equipment and vehicles including company cars.
Collecting goods as required.
General labouring and odd jobs as required.

A friendly positive and flexible attitude.
Must be able to follow instructions but also to show initiative.
Must be able to work alone in a safe manner.
Driving licence.
Knowledge of horses and farm maintenance useful.
