The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales Development Executive to join a growing, tight-knit team in Peterborough. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about sales and keen to make a direct impact on business growth.
You'll play a key role in driving new business, building strong relationships, and promoting a range of specialist technical products. We’re a small but ambitious company – everyone pitches in, decisions are made fast, and success is shared.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Proactively generate and convert new business opportunities
• Promote a full range of technical products and services
• Build and manage client relationships, from initial contact to close
• Hit KPIs and contribute to long-term growth plans
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
What We’re Looking For
• A confident, results-focused sales professional
• Proven experience in a B2B or technical sales role
• Strong communicator who can engage at all levels
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Engineering/tech background or interest (preferred, not essential)
• Full UK driving licence and own car (45p/mile business mileage paid)

• £28,000–£32,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission (up to £500/month at target, plus bonus tiers)
• 24 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 28 days with service)
