Employee Relations To advise, guide and support managers with all matters relating to employee relations concerns; in a timely manner and in line with policies and procedures. Attendance at relevant ER meetings where appropriate. Effective case management of people related issues such as: disciplinary, performance management, grievance and absence management whilst utilising the ER Tracker. Monitoring trends in employment practices and advising on appropriate proactive action. Reporting on employee relation activity with supporting narrative at both site and Executive Board level. Escalating complex employee relation cases (including potential cases for suspension) to the UK HR Director for where appropriate. Support management Occupational Health referrals. Recruitment & Retention Working collaboratively with the Recruitment Business Partner on recruitment & selection processes. Analyse and escalate relevant responses from all new starter and farewell feedback surveys. Management and support of all probation periods across the group. Reporting Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports at the request of the UK HR Director & Hospital Director. Run all relevant reports from the LMS system when required. Support with the development and reporting on monthly KPIs with the HR Dashboard. Conduct HR Audits with key measurables to identify risk and implement change and/or improvement.
