(job overview cntd) Our NICU at St Michaels Hospital is one of three Level 3 centres operating in the South West neonatal network. As a tertiary centre, we care for babies with respiratory, surgical, neurological, and cardiac needs, including extreme pre-term and term babies from across the South West. Our mission is to provide consistent and excellent family-centred care with the best possible outcomes for all our patients and their families. Infants are cared for by an expert multidisciplinary team in an environment that supports the developing relationship between families and their babies.
