Working hours are variable Monday to Saturday for 21 hours per week over 3 days.

Your Role
As a Shop Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping to:
Create a welcoming and visually appealing shop environment.
Support the Shop Manager in meeting sales targets and enhancing shop performance.
Recruit, train, and motivate volunteers, fostering a spirit of collaboration.
Take charge in the Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
