An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and compassionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to take the lead as Senior Veterinary Nurse at a vibrant, fast growing first opinion practice in East London.

In this pivotal role, the Senior RVN will play an essential part in the day-to-day running of the practice, supporting a thriving caseload and ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest clinical standards. From clinical governance and diary management to equipment upkeep and mentoring student nurses, no two days will be the same. This is a hands on role that blends leadership with top level nursing care, where your passion for patients and people will shine.

The current team includes a full time senior vet, associate vet, part time vet for additional cover, part time RVN, and a growing cohort of student nurses. If you're a natural leader—whether you've had formal training or not—you’ll be supported every step of the way, including access to leadership training to develop your management skills in a nurturing environment.

The Rota

• Full time position
• 1:4 Saturdays & 1:10 Sundays with time back in lieu
• 1 bank holiday per year
