The Role:

We're looking for a committed and supportive Learning Mentor to work with children and young people who need extra help to access education. This could include students with social, emotional, or behavioural challenges, as well as those with learning difficulties or at risk of exclusion.

The role involves working closely with pupils both in and out of the classroom, building positive relationships, helping them manage their emotions and behaviour, and supporting their academic and personal development.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN or SEMH needs

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for travel between schools)
