We are seeking a motivated and inspiring Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a special school on their exciting journey towards becoming an Outstanding provision for children with Special Needs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a significant impact in the lives of children with MLD, ASD, Speech and Language Needs, Downs Syndrome, SEMH, and Complex Needs.
- Support the delivery of a bespoke education tailored to individual pupil needs, encompassing both the EYFS and National Curriculum.
- Work in state-of-the-art facilities designed to enhance educational delivery and pupil engagement.
- Assist in small class settings, ensuring personalized attention and support to help each pupil achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced and well-qualified educational professionals dedicated to creating a nurturing and effective learning environment.
- Proven experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within special needs education.
- Familiarity with the challenges faced by students with MLD, ASD, Speech and Language Needs, Downs Syndrome, SEMH, and Complex Needs.
- Strong commitment to inclusive education principles and a passion for helping students with special needs succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
