We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Interventions Tutor to support students in reaching their full potential.
In this role, you will work with small groups and individual students who need extra support to boost their progress in core subjects such as English and Maths. You will plan and deliver targeted sessions, helping students to close gaps in their learning and build confidence. Beginning July 2025.
Duties as Interventions Tutor:
Deliver small group and one-to-one intervention sessions.
Support students in improving their understanding of key curriculum areas.
Track and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to teaching staff.
Adapt resources and teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Build positive relationships with students, encouraging engagement and motivation.
Ideal Interventions Tutor:
Have experience working with students, ideally in a tutoring, teaching or support role.
Have good subject knowledge in English, Maths or other relevant areas.
Be able to motivate and inspire students.
Have strong communication and organisational skills as an Interventions Tutor.
Be patient, adaptable and committed to helping students succeed.
