We’re recruiting for a well-respected law firm in Manchester who are looking to bring an experienced Legal Secretary into its residential conveyancing team.

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing secretarial support to fee earners in the conveyancing team
- Audio typing and preparing documents like contracts, letters, and completion statements
- Liaising with clients, agents, and solicitors by phone and email
- Managing diaries, booking appointments, and keeping files up to date
- Handling Land Registry forms, SDLT returns, and post-completion tasks
What we’re looking for:
- Prior experience as a legal secretary in conveyancing
- Strong typing and formatting skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- A helpful, team-focused attitude and clear communication skills
