Your Role:
We are seeking to appoint a Learning Centre Administrator. If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working with members of public, have attention to detail and can work independently, then we would love to hear from you. You will bring a flexible approach to your work with exceptional organisational and administrative skills. We are interested to hear from a candidate who enjoys working with a thriving
countywide team providing support to learners and colleagues, which may mean occasional travel to our other centres.
You must be computer literate and proficient in Outlook and Office Professional.
You will perform a range of customer facing and general administrative duties to support the delivery of Adult Learning services (19+).
Your priorities will include providing a friendly and professional customer contact and support service through face-to-face, telephone and email communication.
You will be based at our Learning Centre in Bury St Edmunds Library (IP33 1TZ) and required on a part-time basis of 18.5 hours per week - Wednesday am, 8.30am to 12.15pm and Thursday and Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
