Security Supervisor at Lower precinct shopping centre
Pay rate - £13.74 per hour
-To protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any subsequent changes.
-Delivering results that meet and / or exceed the Key performance indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer through full responsibility and accountability, providing a service that aids in the retention of the contract.
-To undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development.Job summary
-Ability to work as part of a team and independently
-Strong communication skills both written and verbal
-Team leading experience with the overseeing the day to day running of the security team within a similar environment.
-To ensure that all security personnel understand the scope of their individual roles with particular emphasis on delivering a professional customer service
-Excellent time management
-Flexible
-Smart, well-groomed, and confident
-High level of attention to detail
-Conflict Management aware
-High level of customer care awareness
-Telephone skills
-Familiar with patrolling
-Confident in complying with Health & Safety and fire prevention procedures
-SIA Door Supervisor license
-SIA CCTV license
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Door Supervisor License
-CCTV License
-Positive mindset, team player, can do attitude

-Good It Skills
