Location: Kingston Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE3 2ER
Contract: Fixed Term – up to 12 months
Hours: 37 per week (Mon-Fri)
Salary: £25,023 per annum

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Block Management Team at Kingston Park.
As an Administrator you will deal with a wide range of administrative duties arising from customer queries and property management related requests.
If you have excellent communication skills, a team focussed approach to work and are proficient in using IT systems, we want to hear from you.
About the role:
This role will support the delivery of outstanding leasehold property management services to Kingston’s clients, through the delivery of exceptional and professional administrative services to the property management team.
You will assist with the efficient and effective maintenance of the communal areas/common parts of the Kingston client portfolio and contribute to the efficient day to day running of the property management department, providing support to internal and external customers.

Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in using IT systems
Positive can-do attitude
Enthusiastic team player
