Full-time (37 hours/week), alternate weekends

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading a dedicated team of staff
• Supporting daily routines like cooking, shopping and cleaning
• Encouraging independence and confidence
• Helping tenants manage emotions with kindness and guidance
• Being a role model to staff and a trusted companion and advocate for people who need you
Important to Know:
You’ll need a full driving licence and access to transport due to our semi-rural location. You may be asked to drive tenants in either your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed) or a Motability car.
We’re looking for empathy, resilience, and a positive attitude. A passion to support others.
