What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a Kitchen Assistant for one of our busy, vibrant Academy kitchens at White House Academy.
The successful candidate must:
• Have a knowledge of basic food preparation
• Display a commitment to the Trust’s equalities policies.
• Be able to work effectively in a busy and hectic environment
• Havean ability to read and complete simple instructions, such as cleaning rota, work rota, temperature and control sheets.
• Be able to communicate with all kitchen, staff and pupils.
• Display and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.
• Able to encourage children to select a balanced meal.
