Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal
Pay Rates: Up to £12.21 per hour depending on age

Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a: Restaurant Team Member where you'll play a key role creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
We’re on the hunt for a friendly, upbeat Restaurant Team Member to bring some fun and flavour to our team! In this role, you’ll be the face of our restaurant—greeting guests with a smile, taking orders, serving delicious food, and creating a warm, welcoming vibe that keeps everyone coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders, and ensure every guest and owner has a positive experience.
- Serve food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, in line with licensing laws and company standards.
- Operate the bar area, including preparing drinks, restocking, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
- Work closely with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy times.
- Keep restaurant, bar, and serving areas clean and tidy, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Familiarise yourself with the menu, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
Requirements
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over (due to alcohol service, bar duties, and late working hours).
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, fast food, or customer service role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
