BACKGROUND TO THE ROLE:
Redcentric has a broad portfolio of products and services, working with a range of technology partners and vendors, selling across multiple verticals. Our breadth of services helps us ensure we can provide a complete solution for our varying customer base but does add complexity in our GTM approach.
The Marketing function is beginning a stage of transition, with a new Marketing Director in place, this role will be a new hire for the organisation and is central in helping shape and deliver the future strategy, and growth ambitions of the business.
Working as part of a small but focussed team, and closely with colleagues across the business, this role is an opportunity to introduce best practice in Product Marketing thinking and execution whilst directly contributing to the wider success and continued growth of Redcentric.
AIM OF THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be responsible for development and delivery of the GTM strategy, working closely with the Marketing Director to build and implement a more customer-centric approach.
The primary focus of the role is to translate our product and service portfolio into meaningful value propositions, defining vertical fit and developing content and collateral that supports pipeline generation.
This will be a hands-on role, and there will be a need to support across multiple marketing disciplines with a definite focus on supporting the delivery of the content strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties will include, but are not restricted to the following -
- Owning GTM strategy across key elements of our portfolio, adopting a full lifecycle approach to maximise revenue.
- Development of value propositions aligning our technical capabilities with market needs.
- Leading on our verticalisation approach, ensuring audience relevance is central.
- Plan and create product and service sales enablement collateral.
- Become the connection point between Product Management and Sales, bridging the technical and commercial.
- Run regular competitor analysis to understand how our propositions compare help identify and maintain our USP's.
- Capture and translate market insights into actions design to support revenue growth.
- Working closely with the Marketing function to ensure our value propositions are translated into high impact campaigns and customer comms.
- Working in-line with Product Management to translate customer need to defined product and services.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
The ideal candidate will be a proven Product Marketing lead with a technology background. They understand it's role in the wider marketing mix and bring ideas and creativity to the development of comprehensive GTM approaches.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable go-to-market strategies that drive growth for new and existing services.
- Expertise in crafting compelling value propositions for complex IT managed services, specifically tailored to the UK market and targeting both technical and business decision-makers.
- Proven experience in developing differentiated messaging that highlights key benefits and addresses customer pain points.
- Experience in managing end-to-end product launches in the UK, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Strong ability to create effective sales enablement content and empower the sales team to sell effectively in the UK market.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products and service offerings within the UK.
DESIRABLE
- Understanding of the UK IT managed services market, including key trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Experience with core IT managed service offerings (e.g., cloud, cybersecurity, network management, IT support).

HOURS OF WORK
The Company's standard working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00 until 5:30pm and Friday 9:00am until 3:30pm with one hour for lunch.
