Nursery Practitioner

From £27,500 | 40 Hours per Week | Level 2 or Above in Early Years

Our client is a warm and welcoming early years setting, committed to creating a nurturing and inspiring space for children to grow, play, and thrive. They are currently looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified early years professional who wants to be part of a setting where children are at the heart of everything – and where staff are supported, recognised, and encouraged to flourish.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, child-led learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework. You'll work closely with children, parents, and your team to create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment that supports every child’s individual development.

What You'll Need

  • A Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years
  • Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s early development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, professional, and approachable manner
  • A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities in line with EYFS
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based activities
