As a Commis Chef Apprentice, you will contribute to the smooth running of Bluestone’s kitchens in a fast-paced, fun environment. Throughout this apprenticeship, you will learn the skills, techniques, and behaviours necessary to become a successful chef while delivering high standards of food quality and creating a memorable guest experience. The role will provide exposure to various kitchen environments, enabling you to grow and develop your skills, and engage with a variety of tasks that contribute to the success of Bluestone’s operations, adhering to company policies and procedures. You will be part of a supportive team, helping you explore your potential in a professional setting while also gaining a formal qualification in the Level 2 Professional Cookery Apprenticeship. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who embody our core values of genuine care, true ownership, and growing together as a team. This is a 14 month fixed term contract for 22 hours per week and shift patterns enable you to access our Bluestone Free transport.
