Crynodeb
The post-holder will work mostly in the community setting, although inpatiant cover may be required at times. The work will consist of assessments of emergency and routine psychiatric patients, together with ongoing care under the supervision of the Consultant. Duties will involve a spectrum of activities including history taking, assessment of mental states, electronic record keeping, preparation of discharge summaries and written communication with GPs following outpatient clinics and domiciliary visits.
