Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional patient service in a buzzing hospital setting? Our Neonatology team are looking for a part-time personal assistant (PA) to join their vibrant team at Queen Charlotte's Hospital.

We are seeking a skilled administrator to work within our neonatology service. As a PA to the neonatology service, you will be responsible for providing full administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Specialty and the service.

The neonatology service is the largest neonatal intensive care (NICU) within North West London. The unit provides care to high risk, critically ill neonates with integrating the family into care as one of our guiding principles.

Previous clerical experience, particularly within healthcare, would be advantageous but is not essential. We offer thorough training, a supportive environment, and an opportunity to genuinely impact patient care.

• Responsible for providing the secretarial and administrative service to the Neonatal service.
• Establishing and maintaining department personnel files for the management staff in the department, and dealing with administrative aspects of junior medical staffing.
• Forming part of the personal assistant team for the Neonatal service.
• Establishing, maintaining and monitoring excellent office systems.
• Ensuring quality and customer care standards are met where relevant.
• Commitment to Directorate and Trust objectives.
