This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for Account Manager (computing) who understand and communicate complex technical information, serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams, and provide strategic solutions that meet client needs.
Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities)
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and ensure they are communicated effectively to the technical team.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Provide clients with insights into new products and services that could benefit their business.
Understand client requirements and ensure they communicate effectively with the technical team.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Monitor project progress, manage project timelines, and report on project status with SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software, IT, or a related field.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
SSL certificate is plus
Expertise with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), HIPPA
Well understanding and knowledge with JIRA, Trello, Wireshark, and SaaS (Software as a Service) model
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Good understanding with cloud computing for businesses
Good to have Certified Professional Account Manager (CPAM) or other industry-specific certifications.
Good to have Salesforce Certification for roles involving customer relationship management (CRM) software.
