Would you like to lead a team of administrators and support the managers and teams who work directly with those families and young people?
A vacancy has arisen for a part-time, permanent Business Support Team Leader to support the Family Help, Partnerships and Youth Justice Service teams. The successful postholder will job share with the current part-time, permanent Business Support Team Leader. The Business Support Team Leader and their team provide a wide range of support to senior, service and team managers and their teams.
The Role
As Team Leader you will effectively organise resources, to meet operational needs and provide a wide range of business information, support and advice and develop robust and efficient processes.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have experience of supervising staff, change management and budget monitoring.
We are looking for someone who is confident and possesses the ability to work independently in a busy, demanding environment, with excellent organisational skills and an ability to use their own initiative.
