Summary
A highly respected and long-established investment management firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Client Services Administrator to support its specialist team on a 6-month contract. This position offers the opportunity to join a values-driven organisation with a strong commitment to sustainability and responsible investment.The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to a portfolio of clients, working closely with Investment Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and account setup, coordinating with internal teams and third parties.
- Maintain and update client accounts, ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory standards.
- Respond to client queries related to reporting, transactions, custody, and transitions.
- Provide timely and efficient support to Investment Managers and attend client meetings as required.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Candidate Requirements - Strong experience in a similar role within asset or wealth management.
- Understanding of AML, MIFID, FATCA/CRS, and client onboarding procedures.
- Experience with charity portfolio administration is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Confidence in dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels.
