Your new role
You will play a pivotal role within the Housing Association, providing essential housing management services to a diverse customer base across your designated area. Your efforts will ensure positive outcomes for tenants and deliver an outstanding customer experience through various multichannel options.
Comprehensive Landlord Services: Manage a wide array of landlord services, including:
Estate and neighbourhood management
Tenancy enforcement activities
Income management
Customer engagement initiatives
Lettings and void management
Assisting with rent arrears
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in Social Housing or Maintenance Services: Proven track record of working within social housing or maintenance services.Commitment to High-Quality Customer Service: Demonstrated evidence of, and dedication to, delivering exceptional customer service.
Support for Diverse Needs: Experience in working with individuals with varying needs, providing them with guidance and support.
Educational Background: Educated to HND level.
Knowledge and Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of housing, reactive maintenance, and support services, along with an understanding of the legislative and regulatory framework and associated requirements.
