An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, customer focussed and resourceful manager to lead one of the teams which manages the Universities Residences.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of 3 Residences, both during semester and vacation operations, and including their financial and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include staff management with a team of three Deputy RSM’s, health and safety, compliance, property maintenance, developing services and customer interfaces, including working in partnership with other key service providers (Student Services, Catering Services) to deliver and develop the residential experience.
Excellent customer service, organisational, planning and people management skills are essential. Demonstrable administrative experience, the ability to communicate clearly and confidently both verbally and in writing with a wide variety of stakeholders, and the ability to work cross functionally with small and large teams are key aspects of this role.
You should preferably be qualified to HND, MA, BIFM or equivalent and have proven experience of facilities or property management in a large-scale establishment or relevant experience within the hospitality industry.
