Stock Condition Surveyor needed in Poole, £25.80ph PAYE - Reference: 5271621
You will ideally-
- Have experience of carrying out stock condition surveys to domestic housing stock with at least 2 years' experience with a local authority or housing association.
- DEA accredited and capable of lodging EPC's with Elmhurst.
Role is for a Stock Condition Surveyor with good general building surveying knowledge.
Role will consist of carrying out high volumes of stock condition surveys and EPC assessments to housing stock.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
