Summary

We are now looking for a Compliance advice officer to join our team on a 12 month fixed team contract, based within reach of our London office.

Assisting the Head of Advice in embedding the ASL compliance advice strategy and supporting the wider business.

Key elements of the role include but are not limited to:

Creating true business partnership across the AmTrust business, being an SME and providing supporting and advice, training and guidance on all compliance matters
Assist in the formation of the Compliance Advice Strategy and Framework within the wider Compliance Plan
Provide Key Performance Indicators, MI dashboard and more conduct focused reporting
Manage and monitor queries coming into the compliance advice mailbox. Ensure advice is high quality and within SLAs. External Regulatory relationships
Provide support to the horizon scanning process in reviewing market intelligence, producing quality summary papers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background within compliance within the insurance sector and thrive in a busy environment where you can work autonomously and gain exposure to all levels of the business. Experience working with FOS, FCA and/or PRA is preferred. As you will have significant interaction with a broad range of stakeholders, the ability to communicate effectively – both verbally and written - will be key to your success, along with the ability to identify problems, challenging thinkings and have a proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work.
