Customer Services Executive – Tankersley (Easy for Sheffield, Rotherham & Barnsley) - £24k plus benefits, induction and ongoing training and development

Key Duties Include
*Working as part of a dedicated customer service team, the job holder will be responsible for the relationship management of a portfolio of global customers.
* Actively participate in ensuring company performance objectives are met, in particular those related to service levels
* You will co-ordinate enquiries and orders with internal departments
* Pro-actively communicate with clients to ensure trouble free order and delivery issues to overseas customers
* Effectively build strong working relationships with internal colleagues and external customers to ensure a positive customer service experience
* You will ensure that all customer orders and enquiries are actioned effectively and efficiently
* Liaise effectively with the engineering department to co-ordinate the quoting and processing of customer orders
*Contribute to the wider customer service team, provide support to despatch administration and reception teams when required
Person Profile
We seek motivated team players with great communication skills, both written and spoken, and you will possess a professional telephone manner and be competent in the use of MS Office.
Individuals with experience of working within an office, sales or customer support environment and used to working to tight deadlines will flourish in this role especially if you have previous experience within an engineering / manufacturing environment.
