Location: This is a field based, mobile position covering the Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding region in the West Midlands.

The main postcodes that the role covers are: ST. SY. TF. WS. WV.

This role is working for high street retail & high street banking clients for the TS-Mobile division.

Salary: The salary is based between £28,548 and is up to £35,000.

The salary on offer that is made will be dependant upon the candidate`s qualifications and experience.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic tradespeople to join our growing engineering family, working in a challenging and diverse role where no two days are the same. Our skilled engineers provide mobile delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

In your new role as a Mobile Fabric Engineer you will be responsible for undertaking all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating all to the highest level of service for the client.

You should be capable of working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements, ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme. 

You will be required to answer queries, report any defects and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.

You will have a full current driving licence, be IT literate for record keeping, have good customer service skills, be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description. 

You'll need to be highly self-motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.

The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction sector or similar and be qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds. We offer a wide range of benefits, training and career opportunities.
