Membership Services Administrator – Sheffield - £12.21 to start reviewed after 13 weeks
Our Sheffield based client (Ecclesfield area) provides a range of support to their national membership subscribers, both corporate and independent, in site based compliance and safety for construction, contractors and allied sectors.
In this role you will provide general support to the membership services team processing applications and liaising with other departments and outside bodies as needed. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual with a stable work record to undertake a pivotal role in our client’s office. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Key day to day duties include;
• Manage daily administrative tasks efficiently and independently.
• Provide friendly and professional support to a dedicated member helpline.
• Develop a deep understanding of products and services to deliver accurate guidance to a range of valued members across the UK.
• Work within an ISO 9001 quality management system.
• Maintain and update databases meticulously to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Respond promptly to internal and external enquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive and professional attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously and under pressure.
• GCSE-level qualifications in English Language and Mathematics or equivalent.
