Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
Support with medication administration in accordance with care plans.
Ensure dignity, respect, and independence are promoted for all residents.
Work alongside a team of professionals to ensure residents’ needs are met.
Requirements:
All Wales Manual Handling Passport is essential.
Medication Training is required.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
