We are seeking a Cleaning Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery and development of Soft FM services within our Healthcare division.
Job Description
Based across key sites, you’ll be responsible for ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and performance in line with agreed financial and legislative requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of service delivery standards, staff development, and innovation within a vital healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Soft FM teams to deliver services safely and effectively
Foster strong working relationships with staff, clients, and subcontractors
Manage service objectives, targets, and produce business plans to drive improvements
Oversee staff development, performance management, and effective communication
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legislative requirements
Monitor budgets, control resources, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
HND/Degree in Hospitality, Business Studies or relevant field (preferred)
Minimum Level 3 Health & Safety qualification; knowledge of Food Safety legislation
Proven management experience, ideally in a multi-functional hospital setting
Skilled in staff supervision and client liaison/negotiation
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good numerical ability with an understanding of budgets
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
