Fixed term for 12 months to cover maternity leave
Salary: £38,401 - £47,372 per annum pro-rata (dependent on skills and experience)
Location: This post is based at Link’s Falkirk office. However, hybrid working is available with this role after the initial training period.
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, Monday to
Friday 9am to 5pm. Occasional weekend working may be required.
The Role

The Housing Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for devising and implementing marketing plans to promote ownership initiatives, via various Scottish Government schemes administered by Link in order to achieve associated targets.
It will also be the responsibility of the postholder to devise marketing initiatives to support Link's own affordable house sales and mid-market rent requirements, promote the delivery of Link's commercial factoring services to owners as well as develop marketing strategies for commercial premises and promote the acquisition of rental properties for Private Sector Leasing (PSL) to landlords and investors.
The successful candidate will set up systems to monitor the impact of various marketing activities and advise of any necessary adjustments to the approach. They will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of brand values and commitment to the customer.
About You
Educated to degree level (e.g Business/Marketing, Journalism or Media), you will have experience of developing and delivering a direct marketing campaign. In addition, you will have experience of copy writing for marketing purposes.
This role requires strong visual and oral communication skills to present ideas clearly and persuasively as well as project management/organisational skills to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail.
The successful candidate will have creative/innovate working skills and have the ability to negotiate and influence.
The post holder will require a current full driving licence and access to a car, or the ability to travel across multiple sites and locations.
