Senior Quantity Surveyor – Passive Fire Protection Location: Office-based (London Borough of Bexley, SE London)
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 per annum DOE + benefits

Your Responsibilities
- Lead full commercial management of multiple passive fire projects
- Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations, final accounts, and monthly CVR reports
- Negotiate contracts with subbies and suppliers; manage variations and enforce risk controls
- Ensure compliance under JCT/NEC frameworks & support tendering and pricing strategy
- Chair commercial project meetings; advise senior stakeholders and clients
- Mentor junior QSs and drive commercial excellence across the team
What You Bring
- 5+ years in passive fire or related MEP/FS disciplines, with proven senior QS-level experience
- Degree/HNC in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Strong contract knowledge—JCT & NEC essential
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and estimating software
- Sharp commercial judgement, attention to detail, and stakeholder savvy
- UK working eligibility and ability to commute to Bexley
