We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead and grow a well-established domiciliary care service in Camberley. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable care provider with a clear vision for quality, compliance, and compassion.

About the Role of Registered Manager:

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring safe, person-centred care is delivered to clients living in their own homes.

You will lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated care team, maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, and build positive relationships with clients, families, and external professionals.

✅ Key Responsibilities for the Registered Manager:

Oversee service delivery, care planning, and compliance

Lead recruitment, training, and performance of care staff

Manage audits, risk assessments, and safeguarding

Drive growth and maintain excellent CQC ratings

Liaise with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families

The Ideal Candidate for Registered Manager:

Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (or working towards)

Proven experience in domiciliary or home care management

Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and compliance

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
