The role:

To assist the provision of special educational needs supporting students with social, emotional and mental health needs so that they can achieve high standards of learning and achievement through effective interventions and classroom practice.

About You:

As a Teaching Assistant at Weavers Academy, you will bring your passion for education and dedication to support students’ growth. Our ideal candidate would:

• Be hardworking with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Be creative and eager to learn, always seeking new opportunities for growth.
• Have strong organisational, communication, administrative and interpersonal abilities.

Requirements:

To apply for the Teaching Assistant opportunity, you must hold:

• Strong foundational skills in verbal and written communication, as well as numeracy.
• Proficiency in explaining tasks clearly and simply.
• Eagerness to participate in extra-curricular activities.
