What skills and experience we're looking for
Richmond Hill Academy is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sports Coach who can deliver high quality and engaging PE and sporting activities for pupils. The successful candidate will provide exceptional coaching delivery across the PE Curriculum and will support with the development of an extra-curricular programme that compliments the ambitions of Richmond Hill Academy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual who enjoys working with children and is committed to promoting physical activity and well-being. The successful candidate will be:
• Skilled and confident in leading a range of sports and physical activities.
• Able to inspire and motivate pupils of all abilities.
• Energetic, engaging, and committed to making a positive impact on pupils’ development.
Potential applicants should have:
• 5 GCSE’s Grade C/4 and above (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics.
• A relevant Level 3 qualification or willingness to work towards.
• Experience of successful coaching at club level.
