Manufacturing Operatives - Ongoing Roles
Were currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives for a number of well-established manufacturing clients across Cornwall. These roles are non-food-based and offer a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Whether you're looking for long-term stability or short-term flexibility, we have positions to suit your availability and preferences.
Locations: St Austell Bodmin Redruth Newquay
Pay Rate:
£12.21 - £14.00 per hour
Shift Pattern:
Start times vary between 06:00 - 08:00 for day shifts
Night shifts also available (18:00 - 06:00)
Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work may be offered)
What Youll Be Doing: Assisting in the assembly or production of goods and materials Operating machinery or tools (training provided) Quality checking products and reporting any faults Packing, labelling, or preparing stock for dispatch Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised Working to production targets and deadlines Why Work with The Best Connection?
