3.5T Flatbed Van Drivers - Builders Merchant Deliveries Across Cornwall
We are currently recruiting 3.5T Flatbed Van Drivers to support busy builders merchants across Cornwall. These roles involve multi-drop deliveries to building sites, trade counters, and domestic properties, using flatbed vehicles to transport construction materials and supplies.
Whether you're looking for full-time work or flexible adhoc shifts, we have a variety of ongoing opportunities available.
Locations: St Austell Bodmin Redruth Newquay Truro
Pay Rate: £12.50 - £15.00 per hour Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Adhoc and ongoing work available Day shifts, typically early morning starts Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence with Category B entitlement Comfortable driving flatbed vehicles Experience delivering to construction sites or commercial customers is desirable Good customer service and communication skills Able to follow delivery paperwork and perform basic vehicle checks Typical Duties May Include: Delivering building materials and supplies to commercial and domestic sites Ensuring loads are safely secured using straps or netting Providing a helpful and professional service at drop-off points Following site-specific safety procedures Reporting any issues or vehicle defects to the office Why Work with The Best Connection?
