A highly reputable Construction client based in Exeter has an exciting new opportunity and is looking to add to their Procurement team. They are looking for a Senior Buyer/Buyer to join their team and assist with their ever growing project pipeline. f you want to join a company that puts you first and prioritises your career growth, has exciting opportunities and generous starting benefits, then this could be the job for you.
The requirements:-
• Procuring materials at the best price
• Measuring quantities of materials required
• Comparing quotes and analysing against market prices
• Researching product information and alternatives
• Update site orders where necessary to avoid invoice queries
• Maintain stock list & aim to use materials on other sites where cost effective to do so.
• Liaise with staff to purchase materials as needed
• Work well within a team and can do independe
