Full-time | Monday to Friday | 5:15am - 2:30pm

Are you an experienced Line Leader or ready to take the next step in your production career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing food production team delivering premium products to major supermarkets and retailers across the UK.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the production line, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team with confidence and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and run the production line to meet daily targets
- Follow standard operating procedures and food safety regulations
- Monitor efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records
- Train and support new team members
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Report progress and concerns to management as required
✅ What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Line Leader preferred (but not essential)
- Good understanding of manufacturing standards and food safety
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable using tablets or basic computer systems
- FMCG experience is a bonus
Own transport is helpful but not essential, as the site is accessible by public transport.
