Our client is looking for an experienced and confident Clinical Lead Nurse to join their nursing home for older adults, offering high-quality nursing, residential, and dementia care. Rated ‘Good’ by the CQC, this home is known for its warm, homely atmosphere and dedicated staff team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse with experience in a senior clinical role who is ready to take on more responsibility and lead with kindness, clinical excellence, and heart.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you’ll support the Home Manager in overseeing the clinical aspects of care delivery, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of nursing support in a safe, dignified, and respectful environment.

This role is ideal for a senior nurse who wants to mentor others, lead by example, and make a lasting difference in the lives of older people.

What You’ll Need

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC pin
  • Proven experience in a senior nursing role, such as Senior Nurse, Team Leader, or Clinical Lead
  • Strong understanding of older adults’ nursing and dementia care
  • Excellent communication, clinical, and leadership skills
  • A kind, approachable, and professional manner
  • Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care

Key Responsibilities
