TEACHING ASSISTANT (PUPIL SUPPORT)
2 POSTS 1 PERMANENT & 1 TEMPORARY
Required from 1st September 2025
Salary Scale: Grade 6 Scale point 6
Hours: 30 hours per week, 8:45am 15:15pm Term Time Only
The Collective Community Trust is a newly formed Trust responsible for seven primary schools. We are committed to providing high quality services to support the schools within the Trust to achieve the very best for our pupils.
An opportunity has arisen at Butterstile Primary school for two Teaching Assistants to join our team of caring and committed professionals. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and dedicated to create an environment where our pupils can embrace a love of learning.
You will need:
- Experience of working in EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
- Experience of working with ASD, ADHD and learning/emotional difficulties
- Experience of working 1:1 with pupils and in small groups, meeting their needs
- Experience of liaising with class teachers and other agencies
- Experience of specific interventions matched to the needs of the pupil(s)
- A strong team work ethos and a nurturing approach
- A desire to be flexible and proactive
- A real passion for children and supporting their learning.
