An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Church Hill Infant School as an LSA (within an EYFS setting). As a Learning Support Assistant in our EYFS setting, you will play a vital role in helping our youngest learners grow, explore, and thrive. Working closely with the class teacher, you will support individual pupils and small groups through engaging, play-based learning that sparks curiosity and builds essential skills. You’ll assist with daily routines, and ensure every child feels safe, included, and valued. This is more than a support role—it’s a chance to make a lasting impact in a child’s early education journey and become a cherished part of a nurturing, forward-thinking school community.This is an excellent time to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Church Hill Infant School, as we continue to work collaboratively to deliver a high quality education and meaningful experiences to our children and young people. The ideal candidate will:
