Your new role
As a Supported Housing Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of housing schemes. Working closely with the Scheme Manager, you'll ensure that residents receive a responsive and high-quality service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising residents on tenancy, repairs, and rent matters.
  • Conducting routine health and safety inspections.
  • Liaising with contractors and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintaining high standards in communal areas.
  • Supporting safeguarding procedures and responding to incidents.

What you'll need to succeed


To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in customer service, ideally within housing, care, or community settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, positive, and solution-focused attitude.
  • Basic IT and administrative skills.
  • A good understanding of health and safety practices.
  • A minimum of Level 1 qualification (GCSE or equivalent), with a willingness to achieve NVQ Level 2 within the first year.
